Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor: mentor, train and coach the boutique team to elevate sales techniques and client service standards.
- Support the Area Manager in delivering commercial objectives for the Heathrow Terminal 5 boutique, driving both sales and operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement local client development and retention strategies, cultivating relationships with VVIC and Elite clients and leveraging an existing client book where available.
- Organise, delegate and supervise daily team activities, including recruitment, performance evaluation, motivation and development of staff.
- Manage stock control, ordering assistance and loss-prevention measures to minimise shrinkage and operating expenses.
- Maintain exemplary visual merchandising, housekeeping and boutique presentation standards in line with Maison guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints and complex client situations efficiently, ensuring a consistent high level of service across the department.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for selling systems, cash, credit and exchanges and represent the Maison at events as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience at Department Manager level within luxury fashion retail (required).
- Minimum five years' relevant retail experience, including supervisory responsibility.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop an experienced retail team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of fashion trends and product universes.
- Existing client book preferred; fluency in a second language preferred.
- Passion for the Dior brand and its collections.
