Role & Responsibilities
- Lead sales and operations functions for a designated product category (Women's or Men's) to consistently achieve sales targets
- Support and align with key business initiatives and new product launches
- Develop and implement action plans to drive sales for assigned product categories and client segments
- Establish and monitor KPI performance; strategize when standards are not met
- Communicate clear business objectives to the boutique team and monitor individual productivity, cross-selling, and client development
- Develop and execute top client strategies for the department
- Oversee the implementation and development of CRM initiatives
- Manage workflow through effective planning and delegation
- Ensure team adherence to all company operating, HR, and security procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy; establish quantitative targets for inventory control
- Conduct monthly coaching and performance review sessions with employees; oversee annual performance appraisal processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably including at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury setting
