Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and elaboration of dishes according to hierarchical guidelines
- Ensure flawless service in accordance with restaurant procedures and standards
- Monitor product freshness and quality throughout production
- Execute key production tasks including reheating, cooking supervision, and plate assembly and presentation
- Coordinate and supervise the work of commis, apprentices, and interns to maintain service quality and efficiency
- Maintain all kitchen facilities and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards and house protocols
- Oversee merchandise reception following HACCP protocols and institutional procedures
- Manage waste sorting and disposal according to environmental and safety standards
- Organize and store food items in refrigerated units and pantries with proper stock rotation
- Alert management to any abnormal situations regarding client or colleague safety risks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience as a Demi-Chef de Partie in a luxury hospitality establishment
- Strong attention to detail and highly developed service mindset

- Full compliance with professional hygiene and food handling standards
