About Christian Dior

Christian Dior, founded in Paris in 1946, stands as one of the world’s most influential maisons, uniting haute couture, ready-to-wear, leather goods, fragrance, beauty, and exceptional retail experiences. As an employer, Dior offers a culture shaped by artistic audacity, meticulous craftsmanship, and the pursuit of excellence, where heritage and innovation continually enrich one another. Its teams collaborate across ateliers, studios, boutiques, and corporate functions within an international environment that values elegance, precision, inclusivity, and entrepreneurial spirit. The Demand Planner manages end-to-end demand planning for non-sellable C3 items, from master data and forecast consolidation to consumption monitoring, supporting forecast accuracy, optimized inventory and reliable supply across channels. The role works with Supply Planning, Product Management, Channels and Sales, Controlling, and Central/SSC teams. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and supplement master data for all C3 (non-sellable) items in the system, including OCD, Chinese names, capacity and end-of-life (EOL) status; manage local set creation and C1-to-C3 conversion processes.
  • Consolidate and manage C3 demand forecasts for novelty and basic products, ensuring alignment among the brand, channels and supply chain.
  • Track C3 consumption against forecasts regularly, flag over- or under-consumption, establish channel reservations, and pilot stock rebalancing alongside each channel’s excess and obsolete action plans.
  • Work closely with the C3 Supply Planner to follow up on new launches and basic products, pilot the end-of-life process for C3 items, and coordinate allocations with Product Management and channel heads when supply is tight.
  • Follow up on purchasing and consumption plans with channels and Supply during the last quarter, and work with Controlling to monitor year-end landing.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an overseas education background is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP/demand planning tools such as SAP APO or similar.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, with a logical, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent business English, written and spoken, to collaborate with China and Central teams.
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain processes, including S&OP, inventory management and EOL management.
