Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for market teams to develop, refine, and challenge short- and medium-term sales forecasts across assigned product portfolio
  • Ensure forecast consistency by incorporating marketing strategy, local market specificities, and promotional plans
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings with local and central teams to collect business and supply chain information necessary for the S&OP process
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (Forecast Accuracy, bias, budget variances) and define corrective action plans
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting practices and participate in the redesign of business methodologies and processes
  • Support the integration of new analytical tools and approaches, particularly in data and Machine Learning applications
  • Train and coach an international community of forecasters on best practices and implemented improvements to ensure solution sustainability
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between forecasts, strategy, and operational capacity

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or completing an engineering degree with specialization in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data manipulation
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI or equivalent analytical tools
  • Fluent in English (essential for international stakeholder interactions)
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with diverse, international counterparts
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive communication abilities in writing and oral presentations
