Christian Dior Couture — Paris: DEI & CSR Project Assistant (Internship) to support Women@Dior, global DEI programmes and learning initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Women@Dior programme: coordinate recruitments in collaboration with UNESCO, regional Dior offices and partner schools, and act as a point of contact for mentees and mentors.
- Contribute to research and development of new programme activities, partnerships and content for Women@Dior.
- Provide operational support for the implementation of global DEI strategy and action plans, including coordination of communities of practice on gender equity and other inclusion priorities.
- Assist with monitoring, tracking and collecting data on DEI initiatives deployed across the House.
- Conduct research on DEI best practices and trends to inform programme development.
- Help create thematic learning and training content on inclusion, supporting research and preparation of training materials.
- Provide editorial and administrative support for multi‑platform communications and support exchanges with external partners to strengthen collaborations.
- Support organisation of events, activations and community initiatives, and coordinate internal and external awareness campaigns related to heritage and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Law, International Relations or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles and practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (both languages required).
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
