Parfums Christian Dior Data Science Internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Work on production-ready AI solutions and machine learning algorithms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop new machine learning algorithms or generative AI/agentic AI applications (chatbots, business process optimization, etc.) as primary internship project
- Scale existing AI solutions to additional market scopes and geographic regions
- Support Data Scientists in optimizing existing models, testing state-of-the-art approaches, and conducting technology monitoring
- Support Machine Learning Engineer in industrialization, deployment, and monitoring of AI use cases and applications; design monitoring tools and create technical documentation
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineer on stimulating AI projects with clear production deployment objectives
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Grande École d'Ingénieur (engineering school) with specialization in Data Science/AI or equivalent university program
- Seeking an internship between second and third year of engineering cycle or end-of-studies internship
- Preferably prior professional experience in Data Science/AI beyond academic projects
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning), time series forecasting, generative AI (LLMs)
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn libraries) and SQL
- Experience with LLM/agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK or equivalent)
- Experience with collaborative development platforms (GitHub) and task management tools (Trello)
- Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Ideally prior experience with Dataiku platform

Beginner level. Preference given to candidates with prior professional experience in Data Science or AI beyond academic coursework.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Grande École d'Ingénieur (engineering school) with specialization in Data Science or AI, or equivalent university program equivalent to master's level in data science/artificial intelligence.
