Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment and migration of the LVMH processing register (1500+ records): draft project deliverables, coordinate migration tasks, and manage acceptance testing.
- Monitor compliance and maintain processing records for the Maisons: define and track KPIs to measure adoption, data quality and process effectiveness, and coordinate record updates with business stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of international training and awareness programmes on legal and regulatory obligations across jurisdictions.
- Prepare status reports, run stakeholder follow‑ups and liaise with technical teams and external vendors during solution rollout.
- Assist in documentation, change management and post‑migration remediation activities to ensure continuous compliance.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Business Law, Digital Law, Project Management or equivalent) and seeking an end‑of‑study or gap‑year internship.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data protection principles and GDPR requirements.
- Interest in technology and experience or familiarity with registry management tools (OneTrust or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Rigorous, analytical, able to synthesise complex information, and effective in cross‑functional, international teams.
