Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritise and define high‑ROI Data, AI, GenAI and Agentic AI use cases across all business functions (Retail, CRM, Supply Chain, Marketing, e‑commerce, Finance, Customer Service).
  • Lead end‑to‑end product delivery: translate business needs into technical requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate Data Scientists, engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; ensure value capture from proof‑of‑value through post‑launch performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Drive adoption and organisational change: design and execute go‑to‑adoption plans, contribute to training and upskilling programmes.
  • Contribute to transversal initiatives such as Responsible AI, Data Governance and risk mitigation, and escalate concrete recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from a leading engineering or business school (Grande École) or equivalent advanced degree.
  • 3–5 years of demonstrable experience managing Data/AI projects end‑to‑end; prior experience in strategy or specialised consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Accenture, Artefact) is highly valued.
  • Proven track record delivering production Data/AI use cases, preferably within luxury, retail, cosmetics or consumer goods in an international environment.
  • Fluent French and English (English is the working language); third language is a plus.
