Role & Responsibilities

• Identify recurring manual tasks including report preparation, data consolidation, and tracker updates; redesign workflows to reduce cycle time and errors
• Build automation using Excel Power Query/Power Pivot, Power BI dataflows, and Python to streamline data processing
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into clean, standardized datasets serving as a single source of truth
• Maintain backend datasets and ensure refresh schedules and data quality controls supporting real-time retail, operations, and data dashboards
• Implement data governance protocols including KPI definitions, data validation checks, version control, and documentation aligned with APAC database standards
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting packs for regional stakeholders
• Create clear metric definitions and user guides to enable self-serve dashboard usage
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for new automated workflows
• Support ad-hoc analytics requests tied to improving repeatable processes
• Coordinate with stores and field teams to ensure accurate and on-time retail operations reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent analytical exposure
• Strong Excel proficiency including formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot
• Proficiency with Power BI
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both office-based and field teams

Beginner-level analytical experience; ability to commit full-time for a six-month internship period.

Education

Diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent analytical coursework.
