Christian Dior Couture seeks Data Analyst & Quality Performance Intern in Paris. Six-month internship role combining data analytics with quality optimization across luxury leather goods. Internship, March 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advance finished product quality improvement by providing Quality Production teams with actionable insights derived from customer returns and retail stock analysis
- Conduct comprehensive quality problem analysis by geographic region, identifying high-frequency product typologies and defect patterns
- Monitor and track the execution of corrective action plans implemented by production to address identified quality issues
- Produce accurate and relevant quality reporting, ensuring data quality, reliability, and consistency across all sources
- Implement data control and validation mechanisms to guarantee accuracy and coherence of quality metrics
- Define, formalize, and maintain all central quality processes in collaboration with industrial quality, marketing, supply chain, logistics, and regional teams
- Develop and deploy analytical tools for quality control reporting to facilitate trend identification and early detection of potential issues
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering or business school
- Advanced analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Expert proficiency with Excel, pivot tables, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Strong English language skills; Italian is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Meticulous attention to detail and rigour in action plan follow-up

Beginner level; entry-level analytical background or recent graduate with strong quantitative coursework. No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with quality management concepts is valued.
