Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to cybersecurity governance activities.
• Support cyber maturity assessments of applications and processes.
• Participate in assessing risks associated with suppliers and partners, including risks related to AI.
• Help prepare and follow up on cybersecurity audits and remediation plans.
• Contribute to developing materials for user awareness campaigns.
• Help produce cybersecurity reports and monitoring indicators.
• Identify use cases for AI to improve cybersecurity activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate GRC activities using AI, assess associated risks and propose solutions.
• Conduct a pilot for one or more use cases.
• Potential deliverables include a cybersecurity maturity analysis; dashboards and performance indicators; an AI governance framework applied to the team’s activities; recommendations for management; and one or more AI use-case prototypes for cybersecurity/GRC.

Qualifications

• Student in an engineering school, university or specialized master’s programme in cybersecurity, information systems security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), artificial intelligence/data, computer science or a related field.
• A dual skill set in cybersecurity and AI is an asset.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies and cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek support from the team.
• Rigorous and organized approach.
• Comfort communicating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive and able to make recommendations.
• Interest in the strategic issues surrounding cybersecurity and AI.
• English is required; French is also listed.
