Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Customer Service Intern in Copenhagen, Denmark for a 6-month internship starting August 2026, managing Nordic operations with exposure to luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage weekly sales orders, tester and POSM orders, internal orders, and return processing
- Handle item master data maintenance and execute assortment-related tasks
- Process and resolve customer claims and inquiries
- Oversee general delivery flow and coordinate with logistics partners
- Collaborate across all departments within the Nordic organization to support business operations
- Execute ad hoc tasks and special projects as required by the organization
