Christian Dior Couture — Paris: CSR Project Assistant (Internship) supporting Women@Dior and global DEI initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination and execution of the Women@Dior mentorship programme, including assistance with recruitment in collaboration with UNESCO, regional Dior offices and partner educational institutions.
- Act as a primary contact point for mentees and mentors, managing communications and follow-ups.
- Contribute to research and development of new programme activities, partnerships and content for Women@Dior.
- Provide logistical and editorial support for organisation of events, activations and community initiatives linked to the programme.
- Deliver operational support to implement the global DEI strategy and action plan, including coordination of communities of practice on gender equity and inclusion priorities.
- Assist with monitoring, tracking and collection of DEI metrics and initiative reporting across the Maison.
- Conduct research on DEI best practices and emerging trends to inform programme development.
- Help design thematic learning and training materials on inclusion and prepare multiplatform communication assets.
- Support partner relations to strengthen collaborations and shared-value initiatives, and coordinate internal and external community outreach and heritage awareness campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Law, International Relations or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (both required).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Entry-level / student internship. No prior professional experience required; previous internships or academic projects in DEI, CSR, HR or event coordination are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in HR, Communications, Business Administration, Law, International Relations or a related field.
