CRM Specialist at Christian Dior Couture, The Grove Abu Dhabi — luxury retail clienteling and campaign management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy targeted email, SMS, and direct marketing campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines and promotional calendars
- Maintain CRM database integrity and hygiene, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR; create precise audience segments for targeted marketing and Clienteling initiatives
- Support retail teams and client advisors with Clienteling tools, Wishlist management, client insights, and appointment-setting campaigns to cultivate high-value client relationships
- Track, analyse, and report on key CRM metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, customer retention, repeat purchase rate, and ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Partner with Digital, Marketing, Retail/Stores, and IT teams to ensure seamless multi-channel customer experiences and unified data capture
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to continuously optimize campaign performance and engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, database marketing, or client development, preferably within retail, luxury, or e-commerce sectors
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Email Service Providers (ESPs), and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, generate insights, and build reports; proficiency in Excel required; SQL or Business Intelligence tool knowledge is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
