Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CRM Project Manager in the development and monitoring of various applications and tools using agile methodologies.
- Serve as the primary contact for developers, collecting business requirements, organizing UX workshops, and drafting specifications.
- Oversee and challenge development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital, or Commerce (Bac+4/5).
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar internship or apprenticeship, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
