Role & Responsibilities
- Support development of digital communication tools to sustain international product marketing and commercial peaks (product launches, seasonal activations).
- Contribute to MMS and WeChat CRM activations, including tactical implementations during key commercial periods.
- Draft briefs for external agencies, source visual assets, manage production schedules and coordinate agency exchanges.
- Coordinate with marketing development, digital teams and country affiliates to collect market data and ensure local implementation of central guidelines.
- Set up A/B tests, analyse newsletter performance and produce actionable reporting.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking across newsletters and social networks and support tactical client animation activations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s-level program in Business, Communication, Digital or equivalent.
- Organised, rigorous, proactive and capable of working autonomously on assigned projects.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable in cross‑functional and international contexts.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury cosmetics and digital commerce; prior relevant internship preferred.

Experience
Entry-level internship: suitable for current Master’s students or recent graduates. Ideally one prior internship or first professional exposure to digital marketing/CRM in retail, beauty or luxury.
Education
Master’s-level studies in Business, Marketing, Communication, Digital or equivalent (e.g., Grande École, university master’s).
