Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the CRM Communication Plan across email, SMS, and clienteling channels, covering masterclass, marketing, loyalty, and event content to drive member acquisition, repeat purchase, engagement, and retention
  • Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using client tier, purchase behavior, category affinity, and purchase intention data to create effective, personalized communications
  • Manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution from design and briefing through launch, proofs, scheduling, and post-campaign reporting
  • Lead continuous improvement of CRM campaigns through data insights, A/B testing, and innovation programs; measure performance metrics and optimize engagement effectiveness
  • Configure and manage technical deployment of CRM workflows and customer journeys within marketing automation platforms for both one-shot and triggered communications
  • Monitor triggered campaigns daily and implement first-level troubleshooting; collaborate with IT teams on complex workflow configuration and technical issue resolution
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards tracking key KPIs including volume, click rate, revenue, order value, session metrics, conversion rate, and ROAS
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance during key reporting periods to inform future strategy; actively contribute to monthly CRM reports with optimization recommendations
  • Partner with Digital, Retail, IT, and Central CRM teams to align CRM initiatives with business priorities and ensure elevated client experiences
  • Develop and execute clienteling plans in collaboration with Retail and Customer Care teams; allocate clients to e-BC portfolios and build communication strategies to drive boutique visibility and client acquisition

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience leading CRM plans and execution across email, SMS, clienteling, loyalty, personalization, and customer lifecycle programs
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a matrixed organization while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience partnering with analytics, product, technology, and retail organizations to deliver client-centric initiatives
  • Passion for luxury client experience and delivering elevated consumer journeys
