Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution and post‑campaign analysis of CRM initiatives across the full customer journey for Switzerland and Austria.
- Localise and optimise newsletters and CRM communications to align with market requirements while respecting international brand guidelines.
- Perform customer segmentation, data analysis and interpretation to inform targeted marketing actions and lifecycle strategies.
- Track CRM KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and translate findings into concrete recommendations for campaign optimisation.
- Contribute to the development, quality assurance and hygiene of the CRM database to ensure reliable targeting and reporting.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Retail, E‑commerce and Product Marketing teams to deliver a coherent 360° client experience.
- Drive independent projects as assigned, supporting continuous improvement of processes and tools within the CRM function.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a comparable discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing/CRM experience or equivalent hands‑on experience through internships and working‑student roles.
- Fluent written and spoken proficiency in English, German and French; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Proven proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Adobe and Sales Force is desirable.
- Analytical mindset with an affinity for numbers, strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to craft audience‑appropriate messaging.
- Initiative, creativity and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
