Christian Dior Couture CRM Intern, Singapore – January to June 2027. Support CRM operations, clienteling, and gifting in Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the regional client communication calendar encompassing newsletters, digital editions, clienteling assets, and campaign scheduling
- Support the rollout and adoption of CRM tools across Asia Pacific markets through coordination of the CRM Community
- Animate the CRM Community by facilitating best practice sharing sessions and disseminating regular clienteling updates to regional stakeholders
- Consolidate and analyse feedback on clienteling standard operating procedures, CRM platform functionality, and technical pain points from market teams
- Assist in tracking, analysis, and reporting on client KPIs to support performance monitoring across the region
- Regularly consolidate competitor intelligence on client treatment and engagement practices across the Asia Pacific market
- Coordinate client gifting initiatives from order placement through fulfilment and feedback collection
- Support inventory management for gifting assets and track utilization and fulfilment rates across markets
- Contribute to tracking and reporting on the region's gifting initiatives and bespoke client experiences
- Provide operational support to Private Client initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; candidates currently pursuing tertiary studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with demonstrated ability to manipulate data and create presentations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or data analytics tools
- Exceptional organizational capability with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with passion for client experience and data-driven decision making

Beginner-level professionals or recent graduates with limited prior experience; enthusiasm for CRM, clienteling, and luxury retail client management is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed; preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
