Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate client events, including proposal creation and format validation with central teams.
- Participate in event planning and operational organization.
- Manage suppliers and create event invitations.
- Monitor budgets and process invoices.
- Consolidate post-event reports.
- Support the development of client experiences and organize client treatments.
- Update the experience catalog and assist in preparing client programs for fashion shows.
- Assist in tracking and distributing client gifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in progress (Bac+4/5)
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage stress effectively
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
