Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the US purchase order process for stock and non‑stock items and maintain a daily PO tracker; liaise with Finance/AP to resolve payment issues and invoice discrepancies.
- Handle Medius queries for Creative‑team invoices and oversee new vendor setup, documentation and activation tracking.
- Coordinate office administration tasks including staples ordering, supplies management and domestic/international shipments (packing, commercial invoices).
- Lead video content updates and execution across wholesale and DTC channels (US & CA); coordinate ordering, edits and new screen setups with partners.
- Execute field and visual merchandising requests with Retail Planning and manage end‑to‑end VM operations for new store openings (order placement, tester coordination, logistics, approvals and delivery tracking).
- Manage vendor shipments and VM inventory, own EPO ordering and monitor forecasts via dashboards; partner with Supply and Commercial Planning on inventory and warehouse clean‑ups.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in operations, retail, supply chain or a related function; experience in beauty or luxury preferred.
- Practical knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Strong stakeholder management with demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, numeracy and analytical capability to manage trackers and forecasts.
- Adaptability, problem solving and the capacity to prioritise in a fast‑moving creative environment.

Entry‑level professional with 1–3 years of practical experience in operations, retail, supply chain or related roles; prior exposure to beauty or luxury retail environments preferred.
Education
