Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily counter operations and team performance to maximize sales and profitability targets
- Develop, coach, and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand service standards using Dior training materials
- Establish and monitor individual KPIs for team members aligned with counter and clienteling objectives
- Promote a culture of customer-centric excellence by exemplifying high-touch service delivery on the sales floor
- Execute Dior product launches and in-store events that drive traffic, customer acquisition, and loyalty
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and clienteling activities to recruit, retain, and grow the customer base
- Achieve consistent sales and profitability goals while optimizing product mix and sell-through rates
- Ensure visual merchandising and operational compliance with Dior standards and guidelines
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and order fulfillment in coordination with back-office teams
