Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop counter team through daily management, mentorship, and coaching aligned with Dior brand standards and strategic objectives
- Drive consistent sales and profitability performance through effective goal-setting, KPI management, and execution of Dior product launches and in-store animations
- Cultivate an exceptional client experience by actively engaging on the sales floor, building personalised relationships, and ensuring adherence to the D.I.O.R. service methodology
- Manage and optimise customer database and CRM activities to drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty development through targeted in-store and remote initiatives
- Oversee administrative operations including shift planning, inventory management, stock accuracy, and daily counter management tools execution
- Maintain operational compliance across all counter functions, including iPos systems, payment procedures, and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct performance analysis, weekly reporting, and timely communication of counter metrics to senior management
- Foster a positive workplace culture emphasising feedback, diversity, mutual respect, teamwork, and continuous professional development
- Supervise annual performance reviews and maintain HR compliance with local labour regulations and incentive calculations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven retail management experience in luxury and/or cosmetics sector with demonstrated leadership capability
- Established track record of achieving and exceeding retail sales and profitability targets
- Extensive knowledge of cosmetics, beauty terminology, and luxury brand positioning
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish with strong preference for working proficiency in French and English
- Advanced people management skills with demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop retail teams
- Strong client relationship management and sales acumen
- Excellent analytical and computer proficiency

Minimum 3 years of successful retail experience in the luxury and cosmetics sector, with demonstrated excellence in achieving sales and profitability targets within a luxury retail environment. Prior management experience with proven capability in team development, motivating personnel, and delivering consistent commercial results, even under challenging circumstances.
Education
