Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Counter Manager in Lausanne, Switzerland to lead the Manor Lausanne beauty counter and drive sales across perfume, skincare and makeup.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day commercial performance of the Dior counter at Manor Lausanne, ensuring targets and budgetary objectives are met.
- Advise clients and drive sales across the three product pillars: perfume, skincare and makeup; plan and manage client appointments.
- Apply the D.I.O.R. sales method and implement Dior merchandising guidelines to guarantee a premium in-store experience.
- Recruit, coach and develop the counter team (sales advisors, makeup artists, perfume experts), set objectives and run regular performance reviews and training.
- Oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives using the Dior Connect application and ensure rigorous follow-up of client portfolios.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports, analyse KPIs across points of sale and propose corrective actions to optimise revenue.
- Safeguard the brand’s image and service standards on the stand (presentation, grooming, customer experience) and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Coordinate promotions, in-store activations and animations; manage schedules, stock handling, ordering, inventories and cash operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with demonstrable experience as a Counter Manager (mandatory).
- Deep product knowledge across perfume, skincare and makeup categories.
- Fluent French; strong command of English or German.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic vision and analytical mindset.
- Track record in clienteling, CRM-driven development and delivering a high-end retail experience.

Minimum three years in beauty or high-end retail with prior responsibility as a Counter Manager; experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams (sales advisors, makeup artists, perfume experts) and driving sales performance is required.
Education
Secondary education with a vocational qualification in retail, cosmetics or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
