Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the counter team to achieve monthly sales objectives
- Execute and ensure proper implementation of monthly promotional campaigns and marketing activities
- Oversee counter presentation, product merchandising, sales reporting, staff appearance, training initiatives, and customer relationship management
- Communicate company directives and operational requirements to counter personnel in a timely manner
- Collect and document market activity data and competitive intelligence from the department store environment, reporting regularly to management
Qualifications
- Extensive retail department store counter experience, preferably in beauty and cosmetics
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Demonstrated proficiency in makeup application and skincare knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop retail personnel
