Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and contribute to counter retail sales targets and KPIs on a daily basis
  • Drive and motivate the team through daily briefs covering targets, product novelties, and retail activation initiatives
  • Develop individual team members with weekly target and development action plans aligned to team goals
  • Conduct monthly counter performance reviews recapping priorities and achievements versus targets
  • Cultivate master product knowledge leveraging all retail education tools and training platforms
  • Recruit and develop durable client relationships through in-store and remote clienteling actions
  • Apply standardized operational procedures for all retail processes including stock intake, inventory management, and purchase registration
  • Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs (NPS, Mystery Shopping) and implement action plans for performance improvement
  • Manage effective stock operations including inventories, replenishments, and cycle counts according to guidelines
  • Ensure monitoring of out-of-stock items and provide relevant alerts and inputs to retail operations and supply teams
  • Plan shifts efficiently based on store traffic patterns and sell-out potential by hour, day, week, and month
  • Monitor point-of-sale material stock (gifts, samples, art of gifting, testers) to maintain sufficient levels and efficient utilization
  • Implement merchandising guidelines at the point of sale and promptly report maintenance issues
  • Develop strong relationships with retail team leadership to position Dior as a best-in-class department store partner
  • Identify and report business opportunities at the point of sale including performance analysis, action planning, and competitor monitoring

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with proven track record in competitive retail environments
  • 8–10 years of overall professional background ideally in Beauty or Luxury sectors
  • Significant management experience with demonstrated leadership capability
  • Fluency in Danish and English; additional languages considered an asset
