Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Counter Manager in Antwerp (INNO) to lead the counter, drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set and drive sales objectives for the INNO Antwerp counter, monitor KPIs, and deploy action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Lead, inspire and develop the counter team through recruitment, coaching, performance management and succession planning.
- Deliver highly personalised, consultative client experiences and cultivate long‑term client relationships consistent with Dior’s luxury standards.
- Oversee daily counter operations including stock and inventory control, merchandising execution, reporting and compliance with brand and visual guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional activations in partnership with Visual Merchandising and Marketing.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Management, Training, Supply Chain and Store Management to ensure operational excellence and seamless client service.
- Analyse sales performance and trends to inform commercial decisions and training priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail, beauty or cosmetics retail management, with verified track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proven leadership and people‑management skills including recruitment, coaching and performance optimisation.
- Fluency in Dutch (nl), English (en) and French (fr).
- Strong numerical literacy and experience with retail KPI analysis and reporting.
- Hands‑on knowledge of stock management, visual merchandising and daily retail operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of progressive responsibility in luxury retail or beauty retail management, with demonstrable success in driving sales and leading teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related discipline preferred; substantial retail management experience may substitute for formal qualification.
