Parfums Christian Dior in Antwerp seeks a Counter Manager to lead the beauty counter, drive sales and elevate clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Dior counter, setting standards for client experience, visual presentation and team conduct.
- Recruit, coach and develop counter staff; establish individual KPI targets and manage annual performance reviews and career progression.
- Drive sales performance and profitability through targeted CRM and clienteling initiatives, product and service upsell, and relevant in-store events.
- Actively sell on the floor to model service behaviours, ensure brand consistency and maintain a welcoming, high-service environment.
- Manage operational duties including shift planning, stock control and ordering, sales analysis and compliance with iPos and redemption procedures.
- Design and execute in-store activations and Dior launch plans to strengthen local market positioning and grow the client base.
- Oversee relationships with retailer partners and freelance teams to ensure smooth counter operations and event delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' retail experience in luxury and/or cosmetics with demonstrated management capability and strong commercial results.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets within a prestige retail environment.
- Fluent in Dutch (Vlaams/Nederlands); strong spoken French and English preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with experience in coaching and developing retail teams.
- Solid numerical and analytical ability to interpret sales metrics and drive business decisions.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury or cosmetics retail, including hands-on people management and a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and clienteling KPIs.
Education
Secondary education required; higher education in business, retail management, hospitality or cosmetology preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Antwerp, Antwerp, Belgium.
