Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the counter team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Execute monthly promotional campaigns and market activities with accuracy and precision
- Oversee counter displays, inventory management, sales reporting, staff appearance standards, team training, and customer retention initiatives
- Communicate company objectives, guidelines, and operational requirements to counter staff in a timely manner
