Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the International CSR Manager in defining and implementing societal engagement strategies in France, including organizing and facilitating partnerships for equal opportunity and professional integration.
  • Participate in initiatives supporting parental engagement and track related actions.
  • Assist in developing awareness tools on disability and non-discrimination within the diversity and inclusion policy.
  • Contribute to wellness and quality of life campaigns in collaboration with other CSR stakeholders.
  • Engage in the promotion of the CSR policy in France among HR actors, managers, and employees through forums and communication materials.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources, Business School, or University with a specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Proven understanding of CSR issues, including diversity, inclusion, disability, and workplace well-being, with at least 6 months of experience in associative project management.

Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Proactive and innovative mindset. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.

Experience

Entry-level position requiring a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in associative project management.

Education

Master's degree in progress in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
