Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Corporate Social Responsibility and Digital Learning Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France to support diversity, inclusion, and talent development initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the International CSR Manager in defining and implementing France-based societal engagement initiatives, including partnership development with non-profit organizations focused on equal opportunity and professional insertion
  • Coordinate and oversee initiatives supporting parental leave policies and family-workplace integration
  • Contribute to developing awareness and training materials addressing disability accommodation and non-discrimination within the diversity and inclusion framework
  • Support the design and delivery of campaigns promoting workplace wellness and quality of life initiatives in collaboration with RSE stakeholders
  • Drive internal communication of France CSR policy through forums, communication collateral, and stakeholder education targeting HR teams, managers, and employees
  • Manage the Learning & Development editorial calendar including creation of communications, video production, and article development
  • Analyze and disseminate KPI reporting for Digital Learning initiatives
  • Design and pilot an international onboarding pathway for global employee deployment

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or holding Master's degree (M1/M2) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline with specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Demonstrated expertise in CSR strategy domains including diversity, inclusion, disability accommodation, parenthood support, and workplace wellbeing
  • Minimum six months professional experience in project management within the non-profit or associative sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities in both French and English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Evidence of initiative, assertiveness, collaborative spirit, learning agility, and professional rigor aligned with organizational values
