Parfums Christian Dior internship: Continuous Improvement Project Manager – Transport Procurement in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Audit and map transport procurement workflows to identify operational pain points and low-value-added tasks
  • Design and implement automation tools to improve invoice verification, cost allocation accuracy, and financial provisioning reliability
  • Structure, cleanse, and validate procurement and logistics data to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring
  • Develop and optimize reporting dashboards and financial tracking tools using Excel and Power BI, including budget monitoring and supplier performance metrics
  • Document operational procedures, key performance indicators, and control mechanisms for new and improved processes
  • Conduct cost variance analysis including weight, product mix, pricing factors, and transport utilization rates to identify performance levers
  • Support supplier dispute resolution, tender processes, contract renegotiations, and ongoing vendor management activities as needed
  • Champion adoption of new systems and tools within the team, measuring time savings and reliability improvements achieved
