Role & Responsibilities

  • Join the Environment • Safety • Security (Environnement Sûreté Sécurité) team on the Chartres production site and collaborate with production units (manufacturing, packaging, laboratories) and ancillary services (warehouse, waste yard).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing waste management processes and the security of branded product waste.
  • Map and analyse current waste management processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and operational needs.
  • Propose and document practical improvement actions to reduce overall waste generation and mitigate risks related to theft or loss of branded waste.
  • Support implementation of improvement initiatives, monitor results and prepare concise written and oral reporting for stakeholders.
  • Work cross‑functionally, participating in workshops and coordination meetings to ensure project alignment and operational adoption.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering school (industrial) or master’s programme; final‑year student seeking an end‑of‑studies internship of at least six months.
  • Demonstrated rigour, methodical approach and strong organisational capability.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity and proactivity to identify and formalise improvement opportunities.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work autonomously while contributing positively to cross‑functional teams.
