Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer for Transport in Orléans, France to optimize supply chain operations and drive Lean initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Map existing operational processes and identify non-value-added tasks to streamline Transport operations
  • Propose and implement concrete simplification, standardization, and automation solutions to reduce operational pain points and enhance reliability
  • Define and deploy operational standards that ensure harmonization and sustained pursuit of operational efficiency
  • Embed Lean culture on the ground through standards audits and continuous improvement practices
  • Support Transport managers in establishing and facilitating performance management routines (AIC/Business Reviews) with internal interfaces and logistics partners
  • Improve visibility and proactive monitoring of shipment tracking to ensure reliable delivery information to all stakeholders
  • Serve as custodian of performance management tools (AIC, BI, dashboards); provide team training to build capabilities and foster adoption of new methodologies
  • Participate in development of innovative tools and dashboards to optimize activity management
  • Lead improvement projects from analysis through deployment, managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Coach the team in acquiring continuous improvement methodologies and tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree+5 (Bac+5), engineering school diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally, prior experience in continuous improvement, Supply Chain, transport, or operational project management
  • Demonstrated mastery of continuous improvement methodologies and Lean principles
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify optimization levers and reliably strengthen processes
  • Proficiency with performance management and IT tools such as Excel, SAP, and BI platforms
  • Autonomous, proactive, and capable of driving improvement projects from conception to completion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Capacity to build consensus and foster adoption of continuous improvement culture across teams
  • Business-level English proficiency to operate comfortably in an international environment
