Christian Dior Couture seeks a Compliance Lawyer intern in Paris for a six-month role in ethics and business compliance. Start January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and revise compliance tools, procedures, and policy documents
  • Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal stakeholders
  • Conduct due diligence research and document review
  • Manage conflict-of-interest declarations across the organization
  • Verify compliance with international sanctions lists and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with worldwide subsidiaries to deploy ethics and compliance programmes
  • Support the network of ethics and compliance correspondents across global entities
  • Liaise with operational departments to implement compliance frameworks
  • Conduct legal research and maintain current awareness of regulatory developments in ethics and compliance
  • Produce weekly ethics and compliance newsletters
  • Monitor and track implementation of Sapin 2 action plans

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Master 2) in Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, Audit & Internal Control, or related discipline
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business compliance frameworks including Sapin 2, FCPA/UKBA, whistleblower protection, supply chain due diligence, and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Rigorous analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment
  • Proficiency with digital tools, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent English at business level
