Christian Dior Couture seeks an HR apprentice in Compensation & Benefits for Paris. Support global compensation analysis, benefits management, and HR reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Compensation & Benefits Specialist in operational management of compensation and HR data
- Perform data extractions, analyses, and consolidations to address various requests across the organisation
- Participate in monthly closing activities and ensure accuracy and reliability of HR and compensation data
- Support compensation surveys and salary positioning analyses at the global level
- Contribute to the production of regulatory and internal social reports (Social Balance Sheet, Professional Equality Report, Gender Equality Index, etc.)
- Participate in the implementation of benchmark roles in collaboration with the Haute Couture and Fashion Federation
- Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of data for the Group's Annual Report
- Produce regular HR and Rewards reporting for HR teams and management
- Monitor and analyse key social and compensation indicators
- Collaborate closely with HRIS teams to develop new HR reporting incorporating artificial intelligence solutions
- Support the VP Compensation & Benefits in administrative management of invoices and accounting follow-up
- Contribute to HR budget management and monitoring
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree specialising in Human Resources, Management Accounting, or HR Data Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with numerical data and data processing
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Commitment to confidentiality and data security
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal communication skills

Experience
Entry-level candidates with no prior professional experience are welcome; however, prior internship or professional experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Social Management Accounting, or Data Analytics is valued.
Education
Master's degree in progress, specialising in Human Resources, Management Accounting, or HR Data Analytics.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
