Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and approve competitive global compensation packages and maintain primary contact for all compensation matters across assigned scope
  • Support Compensation & Benefits and HR managers with project initiation and strategic C&B initiatives
  • Update internal job classifications and prepare salary increase budgets based on macroeconomic indicators and market trends
  • Coordinate and consolidate annual individual compensation reviews, data consolidation, and executive presentations
  • Conduct targeted benchmarking studies to analyze competitiveness of compensation packages for key functions and talent
  • Update SERIATIM tool and database for internal and external comparative analysis
  • Prepare analytical tools and scatter plot visualizations for HR teams conducting annual compensation reviews
  • Establish expatriation calculations and estimates using ECA tools, including benefits in accordance with LVMH policy
  • Present offers to candidates in collaboration with local HR and French HR Business Partners
  • Prepare assignment letters, renewal letters, amendments for relocation and benefits
  • Coordinate with local HR on immigration, relocation, and moving procedures
  • Manage C&B matters during international assignments, including renewal tracking and rent reviews where applicable
  • Process invoices in SAP systems

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources with specialization in Compensation & Benefits
  • Minimum 4 years of Compensation & Benefits experience
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and French
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team environment
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities and mastery of Excel
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors or statistical software (preferred)
  • Demonstrated curiosity, passion for innovation, precision, proactivity, and continuous improvement
