Parfums Christian Dior seeks Compensation & Benefits Manager in Paris. Lead EMEA compensation strategy, benefits administration, and international mobility for luxury Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and approve comprehensive, market-competitive compensation offers and serve as the primary contact for compensation-related matters across the assigned scope
  • Support Compensation & Benefits and HR managers across international markets with projects and initiatives, including market benchmarking studies to assess competitiveness of compensation packages for key roles and talent segments
  • Update internal job classifications and continue deploying the Mercer IPE classification system across designated countries; monitor and update bonus and incentive programs aligned with corporate strategic objectives
  • Coordinate and facilitate annual compensation reviews for the assigned scope, preparing salary increase budgets based on macroeconomic indicators and market trends in collaboration with local HR teams
  • Develop detailed knowledge of existing benefits programs within the scope; conduct analyses to evaluate effectiveness and competitiveness of employee offerings; implement new benefits schemes with local HR and central LVMH teams as required
  • Annual maintenance and updates to the SOCEPRA LVMH Benefits database tools; oversee benefits program communications and vendor management
  • Establish expatriate assessments and relocation calculations using the ECA tool, incorporating social benefits in compliance with LVMH policy; prepare assignment letters, renewal letters, relocation support letters, and benefits documentation
  • Coordinate immigration processes, relocation logistics, and moving arrangements with local HR teams; manage Compensation & Benefits matters during employee international assignments, including renewal tracking and housing review adjustments
  • Lead strategic and innovative Compensation & Benefits projects aligned with HR strategic planning and organizational objectives

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources with specialization in Compensation & Benefits or demonstrated expertise in International Mobility (preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) and French
  • Fluent data analysis capabilities with expert-level Excel skills; experience with SuccessFactors or statistical software highly preferred
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, inclusive leadership, team collaboration, attention to detail, professional rigor, and analytical thinking

Experience

Education

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with specialization in Compensation & Benefits preferred. Expertise or formal training in International Mobility is advantageous.
