Parfums Christian Dior Paris: Compensation & Benefits Manager, EMEA region role overseeing policy, packages, and international mobility for luxury perfume house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and approve comprehensive, competitive global compensation packages and offerings
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all compensation-related matters within the designated scope
  • Support Compensation & Benefits managers and international market HR directors on C&B initiatives and projects
  • Update internal job classification systems and continue rollout using the Mercer IPE methodology across select countries
  • Prepare salary increase budgets with local HR teams based on macroeconomic indicators and market trends
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and consolidate annual individual compensation reviews across the region
  • Conduct ad-hoc benchmarking studies to assess competitiveness of compensation packages for key roles and talent
  • Monitor and update bonus and incentive programmes aligned with corporate strategic plans
  • Develop deep knowledge and understanding of existing benefits regimes across the assigned portfolio
  • Conduct analyses to evaluate effectiveness and competitiveness of employee benefits offerings
  • Implement new benefits regimes with local HR teams and central LVMH teams as required, including procurement, communications planning, and deployment
  • Update the SOCEPRA LVMH Benefits database annually
  • Establish expatriate calculations and valuations using ECA tools, incorporating benefits in line with LVMH policy, review with local HR and management, and obtain final Division/LVMH approval
  • Communicate and extend international assignment offers to candidates in collaboration with local HR and French HRBP reference
  • Prepare assignment letters, renewal letters, relocation support letters, and benefits documentation
  • Coordinate immigration, relocation, and moving processes with local HR teams
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits matters throughout assignees' tenure, including renewal tracking and housing review adjustments as needed
  • Drive strategic and innovative C&B projects aligned with the HR strategic plan

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources with specialization in Compensation & Benefits or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related HR function
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and French
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with demonstrable data analysis capability
