Christian Dior Couture seeks a Compensation & Benefits Manager in Dubai to lead HR Controlling and compensation strategy across the Middle East region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own workforce financial planning and governance, including headcount, FTE, payroll costs, accruals, intercompany recharges, and employee-related cost reporting
- Review and approve workforce planning activities such as new hires, organizational changes, and staffing requests in alignment with budgets and corporate policies
- Prepare and manage HR budgets and forecasts, including annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and budget revisions
- Analyze budget variances and workforce cost trends, providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership and headquarters
- Oversee payroll governance and financial controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and adherence to LVMH standards
- Validate payroll adjustments, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting before executive approvals
- Support audits and compliance reviews, including internal control assessments and external payroll audits
- Prepare executive dashboards, workforce analytics, simulations, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Manage compensation strategy and administration to ensure alignment with corporate philosophy, internal equity, and market competitiveness
- Oversee variable compensation programs, including sales incentives, commissions, performance bonuses, and recognition initiatives
- Evaluate compensation proposals using financial impact assessments and market competitiveness analysis
- Manage employee benefits programs including medical insurance, life insurance, workmen's compensation, and education assistance
- Manage vendor and provider relationships including insurance providers, payroll partners, and external service providers
- Review and optimize benefit policies to improve employee experience while maintaining cost-effectiveness
- Advise senior leadership on workforce cost optimization, compensation policy, and human capital financial risk
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with HR, Finance, Accounting, and central headquarters teams
- Drive transformational HR projects including HRIS implementations and compensation redesign initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR controlling, or related HR financial management
- Advanced knowledge of compensation strategy, benefits administration, and HR financial controls
- Strong understanding of payroll governance, compliance, and financial reporting
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compensation frameworks aligned with corporate philosophy and market standards
- Experience managing vendor relationships and benefits provider contracts
- Proficiency with HR analytics tools and workforce planning platforms
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits administration, HR controlling, or related HR financial management roles, preferably within a multinational luxury or large-scale organizational environment. Direct experience with payroll governance, budget management, compensation framework development, and cross-functional HR financial leadership is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent field. Advanced certification in Compensation & Benefits, CIPD, or related HR discipline is strongly preferred.
