Role & Responsibilities
- Develop educational materials tailored to the needs of the Customer Service teams.
- Establish and nurture a network of Customer Service correspondents in boutiques to enhance communication and best practices.
- Facilitate discussions on specific issues or core topics related to Customer Service.
- Craft structured and persuasive responses to assist boutiques in client interactions.
- Manage a dedicated SharePoint for Customer Service to centralize resources and information.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Level 2) in a relevant field.
- Professional proficiency in English.
