Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated communication strategies for the campus, aligning with corporate directives and local operational needs
  • Create compelling editorial content across multiple formats (newsletters, intranet contributions, video web series, social media, and external career-focused materials) in French, ensuring alignment with Dior brand standards and luxury positioning
  • Manage internal and external communication channels including the DiorCareers.com platform, corporate intranet, and LVMH Group digital community platforms
  • Brief, supervise, and coordinate external creative and media vendors for video production, multimedia content, and editorial support
  • Organize and oversee campus events to foster belonging and engagement, including new employee onboarding coordination, campus tours, and multi-site animation activations
  • Deploy and adapt marketing campaign rollouts (promotional displays, animations, sampling, contests) to suit industrial site constraints in collaboration with Paris headquarters
  • Develop and manage communication annual strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs, tracking impact and engagement metrics
  • Supervise a team of two, including one apprentice/intern, providing mentorship and operational guidance
  • Manage budget allocation and expenditure for communications initiatives and events, ensuring cost optimization and ROI

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or event management within a complex or industrial environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French, with ability to craft compelling, nuanced messaging appropriate to diverse audiences and luxury brand positioning
  • Demonstrated expertise in content strategy, multiplatform content creation, and editorial planning
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand culture, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communication impact measurement
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in web tools, social media platforms, and digital communication channels
  • Track record of organizing and executing corporate events and internal engagement initiatives
