Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with Parfums Christian Dior's brand positioning and campus objectives, including strategy documentation and KPI monitoring
  • Conceive, brief, and oversee editorial content production across multiple formats—digital, video, and multimedia—for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, HR community, DiorCareers.com) and external platforms
  • Lead creative adaptation and deployment of marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate initiatives tailored to industrial site constraints, including signage, activations, sampling programs, and contests
  • Coordinate and deliver campus events, multi-site transmissions, and career programming (Career Week, Women's Week, Engagement Week) in collaboration with Paris headquarters and functional departments (HR, CSR, Sustainability)
  • Manage campus tours, new employee onboarding communications, and develop innovative event formats that strengthen organizational belonging and engagement
  • Oversee internal communication channels and optimize multi-format accessibility for diverse site populations
  • Manage allocated budgets for communications and events, ensuring resource optimization and financial accountability
  • Lead and mentor a team of two staff members, including one apprentice or intern

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional communications experience
  • Fluent written and verbal French at a native or near-native level
  • Demonstrable expertise in developing high-impact editorial content aligned with luxury brand positioning
  • Proven ability to manage communications strategy, multiple projects, and cross-functional collaboration with rigor and energy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus across diverse organizational levels and functions
  • Experience with web tools, social media platforms, and digital communication culture
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing software (InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent)—preferred
  • English language proficiency—preferred
