Role & Responsibilities
- Support and implement Dior Beauty’s press and media strategy across the MENA region to secure high-quality earned coverage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, publicists and media stakeholders; coordinate press requests and interviews.
- Assist in identifying, securing and managing regional celebrity talent and brand ambassadors in line with global ambassador strategies.
- Plan and execute high-profile press events, product launches, red-carpet activations and VIP experiences, overseeing guest lists, logistics and on-site coordination.
- Manage event budgets, supplier relationships, purchase orders and payment follow-ups; ensure accurate expense reporting and budget alignment.
- Monitor media coverage, compile PR reports and performance metrics to measure impact and inform future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Influencer Marketing, Creative, Regional Marketing) and external vendors to deliver seamless activations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ professional experience in public relations, events, or celebrity/talent relations within luxury, beauty or fashion.
- Established media network and sound knowledge of the MENA press and influencer landscape.
- Proven experience executing luxury events and high-profile celebrity activations.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French and/or Arabic advantageous.
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in PR, events or celebrity relations within the luxury, beauty or fashion sectors, with demonstrable experience in the MENA market.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline; postgraduate study or professional diplomas in PR/events is advantageous.
