Christian Dior Couture is recruiting a Communications and Retail Management Control Assistant for a six-month internship starting in January 2027, based in Paris with hybrid working. The role supports communication management control, budgeting, closing, analysis, cost monitoring, regional follow-up, and monthly reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support key projects.
- Conduct monitoring analyses at the request of the Finance Department and General Management.
- Perform month-end closing work, including intercompany transactions, provisions, and variance analyses against the prior year and budget.
- Monitor communication costs, including pop-ups, visual merchandising, campaigns, and events, and flag risks and opportunities such as savings or overspending.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, including meetings with operational teams, analyses, and reporting.
- Draft procedures and continuously improve tools and working files.
- Monitor the HK/MO/TW region, including SOPs and closing follow-up.
- Prepare monthly reporting books by consolidating Christian Dior data in collaboration with the management control teams.
Qualifications
- Student in a business or engineering school.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information systems, with sound accounting knowledge.
- Rigorous and organised, with a strong aptitude for figures, curiosity, proactivity, and a team-oriented mindset.
- An initial experience in audit, financial consulting, or management control is an advantage.
