Role & Responsibilities
- Share passion for gastronomy and culinary excellence with guests
- Participate in the service of food and beverages in accordance with haute cuisine standards
- Assist the head of station in managing service operations and guest relations
- Prepare hot beverages, fresh juices, and various drinks, along with baskets of pastries, bread, and toasts prepared in the back-office
- Maintain seamless coordination with kitchen, pantry, wine cellar, and stewarding departments
- Act as a custodian of guest experience across all dining spaces
- Promote and present available services and products throughout 30 Montaigne
- Clear tables and clean during service to maintain dining room standards
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of all service equipment and materials
- Restock point-of-sale areas to optimize operational efficiency
- Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene protocols and food safety standards
- Alert management to any abnormal situations concerning security or accident risks to guests or colleagues
Qualifications
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in food and beverage service
