Role & Responsibilities
- Share a passion for hospitality with clients.
- Participate in the service of food and beverages.
- Assist the chef de rang in managing service and customer relations.
- Prepare hot drinks, fruit juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries, bread, and toasts in the back-office.
- Ensure coordination with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding.
- Act as a key player in delivering an exceptional client experience across various sales spaces.
- Promote the diverse services and products available at 30 Montaigne.
- Clear and clean tables during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Ensure optimal stocking of the point of sale.
- Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.
Qualifications
- Strong sense of service and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an international clientele.
- Organizational skills and teamwork spirit.
- Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and punctual.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the hospitality or luxury sector.
