Role & Responsibilities
- Perform mise en place and ingredient preparation for all dishes according to precise specifications
- Assist Demi-Chefs and Chefs de Partie in the confection and elaboration of all prepared dishes
- Ensure impeccable service execution in accordance with established restaurant protocols and procedures
- Execute dish preparation and plating under direct culinary supervision and guidance
- Maintain sanitary conditions of all kitchen areas and equipment in strict compliance with HACCP standards
- Receive and verify delivered merchandise according to HACCP protocols and house procedures
- Manage waste segregation and disposal according to established protocols
- Organize and store all provisions appropriately within refrigeration units and storage areas
- Report all unusual situations concerning safety or accident risks to immediate management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience
- Prior experience as a Commis de Cuisine or Cook within a luxury hospitality establishment
- Thorough understanding of HACCP food safety protocols
- Demonstrated attention to detail and service excellence
- Creative mindset combined with strong organizational capabilities

Education
