Commercial Intern at Parfums Christian Dior, London. Support sales operations and retail accounts for 12 months starting January 2027. Hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly retail sales reports utilizing Microsoft Excel to a high level of proficiency
- Conduct stock and trade analysis, validate retailer orders, and track sales performance across new launches and seasonal campaigns
- Centralize and monitor communications to retailer accounts regarding merchandising, gift-with-purchase promotions, and correspondence
- Administer account openings, closures, and updates to retailer contact details and account information
- Liaison with retail accounts on trade marketing plans, stock order fulfillment, and store-specific performance
- Prepare account-specific documentation including new line forms, site nomination forms, and coordinate returns processes
- Conduct ad-hoc sales analysis by segment, brand, and account to support strategic planning and sales strategy development
- Assist in updating and developing the forecast process, tracking budgets, and raising purchase orders
- Support implementation of business unit plans, distribution projects, and returns processes including store audits and budget analysis
- Prepare presentations and materials for strategy and sales meetings in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Graduate from a business school with strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated analytical and numerate mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience in sales or marketing within the luxury sector is a distinct advantage but not essential
